Getting here
There are several ways of getting to Roatan, you can get a flight to Roatan International Airport, or you can take a Hedman Alas bus directly to the Ferry Galaxy Wave - La Ceiba / Roatán station in La Ceiba. Then you go to "The Lion Fish Landing" dock in the French Key Town, if you are in West End or West Bay you can ride on one of the several taxis that are collaborating with the event, the price will be $5 each way per passenger. Once you are at "The Lion Fish Landing Dock" we will provide a free boat ride, this ride only takes 5 minutes... the boats will be running all night long. Then you can relax and enjoy!

Geography
For a small island, Roatan’s geography is amazingly diverse. At nearly 50 km (31 mi) long, less than 8 km (5 mi) wide at its widest and reaching elevations of 244 m (800 ft), visitors will experience everything from flat sandy beaches, rocky, volcanic rock shores, mangrove forests, lush valleys and steep rainforest-covered hilltops. Sitting at the southern terminus of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the island is surrounded by coral reefs, protecting it from the open ocean and is home to a complex underwater ecosystem.
